- We do not process refunds for purchases made with merchants - you must contact the merchant directly for such requests.

2. Cashback Disputes
- If you believe you are eligible for cashback that has not been credited, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
- We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue with the merchant.
- Cashback may be denied if the merchant reports the transaction as canceled, returned, or fraudulent.
3. Premium Services
For any paid premium services we offer:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5-10 business days.
- No refunds will be issued after 7 days except as required by law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed cashback transactions that have been properly credited
