  1. If you believe you are eligible for cashback that has not been credited, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.
  2. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue with the merchant.
  3. Cashback may be denied if the merchant reports the transaction as canceled, returned, or fraudulent.

3. Premium Services

For any paid premium services we offer:

  1. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. Processing may take 5-10 business days.
  4. No refunds will be issued after 7 days except as required by law.

4. Non-Refundable Items
